• I reserve the right to record the creation process and upload clips in social media unless explicitly requested by the client. 

• The artworks will take 5 days to two weeks to finish depending on the number of clients. Rest assured that it will be first-come-first-served.

• The finished product may be used and included in my social media accounts and portfolio for documentation and promotional purposes.

Payment

• The price will depend on the complexity of the artwork, but minimum prices will be provided.

• The prices for personal use and commercial use are different. There would be an additional 30% of the base fee for commercial use.

• I accept rush commission payments.

• Half of the price should be paid upfront via Paypal, Gcash, Ko-Fi, or Bank Transfer. Once the creation process is done, the payment is non-refundable.

• The other half of the price should be paid before I send the finished artwork files.

Process

• Clients shall send a request via email, direct message, or Google Forms.

• Once the request is accepted, a down payment would be required before I send out the sketches.

• Once the payment is processed, I will proceed to work on the piece. Updates will be provided through direct messages.

• A maximum of two revisions after the piece is done is allowed.

• Necessary files will be sent through a link after the final payment. The client may request file types such as PNG, SVG, PDF, JPEG, etc.

  • For logo design, a branding design sheet and logo presentation will also be provided.

Privacy

• Do not disclose any personal information found during the transaction process.

• The client's personal information will also be kept confidential.

Copyright

• The copyright still belongs to the artist.

• Reproduction, distribution, and claiming my work as your own are also not allowed.
